  • How do I reach someone for booking?
  • You can fill out our booking contact form here or you can call Wes Coolbaugh directly at 440.213.1125.
  • Are you available for my event?
  • You can start by checking our calendar here. We typically are booked about 12 months in advance, but we try to leave dates open for incoming requests. The more time you can allow for planning, the better.
  • What do you charge for a certain event?
  • Our price is determined by several factors, including: duration of performance, distance traveled, set-up required, etc. Please contact us for a quote.
  • How long do you play? How many sets do you do?
  • We will play anywhere from 45 minutes to three hours. There have been occasions we have performed even longer. A full show is considered three hours of music. We typically play two 90 minute sets with a 30 minute break. We will be happy to discuss other options with you.
  • Do you provide sound and lights?
  • We have a full sound and light production available to make your event look and sound perfect!
  • Do you provide a stage?
  • No, we do not provide our own stage. However, we do not require a stage to perform. Having a stage is always preferred but it is optional.
  • How much space do you need?
  • Our full production includes sound, lights, and a back drop with props. For this set up, a MINIMUM of 16' x 12' is recommended. However, there have been many occasions where we have scaled back our set up to accommodate a smaller area. Here is our Stage Plot.
  • How much time do you need to set up?
  • Typical set up time is between 90 minutes and two hours. Certain factors may add to this time. For expample - distance between unloading area and performace area. Please plan your event with these considerations in mind so that we can provide the best experience for you and your audience.
  • Do you have any requirements?
  • We require sufficient electrical access. For outdoor performances, a cover for the stage area is strongly preferred.
  • Will I need to sign a contract?
  • After you contact us and receive a quote, you will be provided with a contract detailing the agreement.
  • Do you require a deposit?
  • In most cases, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is owed on the day of the event prior to our performance.
  • Do you provide music between sets?
  • As an added value, we are happy to provide music before your event and during our break. We play a mixture of contemporary and 80s music proven to keep the party flowing. If you'd like something specific, you must request this at the time of booking.
  • Will someone in the band emcee my event?
  • We are experienced in providing this service for our clients. This must be addressed at the time of booking. A specific itinerary must be supplied prior to the event.
  • What types of events do you play?
  • We have and will continue to play any and all types of events. The music we perform is widely loved by a almost everyone!
  • How far will you travel?
  • We are willing to travel almost anywhere provided the compensation is appropriate. We have performed all over the eastern U.S. and would love the opportunity to come perform for you! Contact us now to find out more!
